Women in Leadership Programme

The Women in Leadership Programme was designed by CLORE Social to address the ongoing issue of gender inequality in the workplace and to provide women with the tools and skills necessary to succeed as leaders in a rapidly changing world.

The WIL program offers a range of interactive workshops, mentorship opportunities, and networking events, all of which will be led by experienced female leaders and industry experts. The program is open to all women regardless of their industry or level of experience and is designed to support participants as they navigate their careers and work to achieve their goals.

The WIL Programme will cover a wide range of topics, including leadership development, effective communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, all of which are critical to success in today’s fast-paced world.
